Consignment Terms & Policies

1. Consignment Agreement

By consigning a dress with Khloe Mae Bridal, the consigner agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. A signed consignment contract is required for all items left for sale in the store.

The consigner is responsible for keeping a record of their copy of the consignment contract. A copy may be requested; however, if one cannot be provided, the terms of consignment remain in effect upon leaving the dress(es) with Khloe Mae Bridal.

2. Consignment Period

• The consignment period is 10 months from the date the dress is accepted (unless otherwise agreed upon in contract).

• If the dress does not sell within 10 months, it is the consigner’s responsibility to retrieve it before the end of the consignment period.

3. Notification & Pickup Responsibility

• It is the consigner’s responsibility to monitor and ensure the timely pickup of any unsold items.

• Khloe Mae Bridal does not make personal reminder calls, texts, or emails beyond the agreement.

4. Forfeiture & Ownership Transfer

• If the dress is not picked up within the designated time-frame, ownership is automatically transferred to Khloe Mae Bridal.

• Once forfeited, the dress becomes the property of Khloe Mae Bridal and may be sold, repurposed, or otherwise used at the store’s discretion.

• Once ownership transfers, the consigner has no further rights or claims to the dress.

5. Liability

• Khloe Mae Bridal is not responsible for unclaimed dresses beyond the 10-month consignment period.

• The store is not liable for any loss, damage, or decisions regarding forfeited dresses once they become store property.

6. Agreement to Terms

By consigning a dress with Khloe Mae Bridal, the consigner acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Failure to retain a copy of the contract does not exempt the consigner from these policies.

For any questions regarding consignment, please refer to the app or contact the store before the end of the consignment period.
